Easy, No box Macaroni
Cook whatever type of Macaroni that you like. Partially drain the macaroni, leaving a little bit of the water in the pot to make stirring easier. While macaroni is still hot, tear American Cheese slices into strips and stir it all together. You can make it however cheesy you like. This is easier than most box recipes and it is easy enough for small children to help with also. *My grandmother made this kind of Mac & Cheese for us when we were little. They lived in the country and didn't get into town much so she improvised. Hope you like it.
